TCS has robust reasoning why it wants to be locally present in the Baltic Sea Region: “We initially chose the Baltic Sea Region because of the huge telecom market it offers. Over the period of time, it has become obvious to us that the Baltic Sea Region is also a very IT savvy market.” The region’s strength also makes TCS' market position strong. According to Mr. Gupta: "We have been very successful and our business has grown at a faster pace than we expected. We are gearing up for this growth, by expansion across the Baltic Sea Region."
